1. Service Provider

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TerraHunt self-guided treasure hunt booking platform at play.terrahunt.com, operated by Z-AGENCY s.r.o., Karlova 1054/38, 614 00 Brno, Czech Republic (ID: 01527932, VAT: CZ01527932).

2. Service Description

TerraHunt provides self-guided GPS treasure hunt experiences. Upon purchase, you receive activation codes to access the game through the TerraHunt mobile application. The game is played outdoors at your own pace on your selected date and time.

3. Ordering & Payment

All prices are displayed per team and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice and a separate email with game activation codes. Prices are final at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to change prices for future bookings.

The customer is responsible for verifying that the email address provided during the order process is correct. If an incorrect email address is entered, activation codes and invoices will not be delivered. The system is fully self-service; therefore, it is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure accurate contact information.

4. Activation Codes & Game Access

Activation codes are delivered via email within minutes of payment. Codes are valid for the date selected during booking. You must download the free TerraHunt app (iOS/Android) to play. The QR code allows the selected number of teams/players to join the game. If you purchase 5 teams, a sixth team will not be able to join. We recommend 2–5 players per team. The TerraHunt app requires Android 14 or newer, or iOS 14 or newer. Please ensure your device meets these minimum requirements before purchasing.

5. Cancellation & Fees

The Client is entitled to cancel the ordered services without any penalty if the cancellation is made more than 75 days before the commencement of the service. However, if Z-AGENCY incurs any costs in connection with the cancellation, the Client is obligated to reimburse Z-AGENCY for such costs. If the game cannot be played due to a technical issue on our side, you are entitled to a full refund or rescheduling at no cost.

Cancellation fees: 30% cancellation fee for services cancelled 75 days or fewer before the event date. 50% cancellation fee for services cancelled 45 days or fewer before the event date. 100% cancellation fee for services cancelled 14 days or fewer before the event date.

For the purpose of determining cancellation fees, the event date is defined as the date on which the event is scheduled to physically commence (e.g., October 14, 2026), and this day is included in the calculation of the cancellation period as day one. For example, if the Client cancels on October 1, 2026 (and the event is scheduled for October 14, 2026), this falls within 14 days or fewer before the event date, and the 100% cancellation fee applies.

The Client must notify Z-AGENCY of the cancellation in writing (via email or data box), and the date of receipt of such notification shall be considered the decisive date for the calculation of cancellation terms.

6. Service Delivery & Technical Conditions

Z-AGENCY carries out program delivery using the TerraHunt game platform through its own mobile devices and its own organizational team.

The Client may also use their own mobile devices or computer to access the TerraHunt game platform. Z-AGENCY is not responsible for technical issues or application compatibility problems that may be related to the type, age, maintenance, or operating systems of the Client's devices, the provider or quality of data services for the Client's devices, or the charging status of the Client's devices.

If the Client runs a program on the TerraHunt game platform with an organizational team that is not part of Z-AGENCY, Z-AGENCY bears no responsibility for any organizational issues that may arise.

Z-AGENCY is not responsible for personalized hardware or software modifications on the Client's mobile devices that may affect the operation or compatibility with the TerraHunt game platform.

7. Game Server & User Registration

Z-AGENCY operates a game server located at the domain public.terrahunt.com, which is used for game management and launching game events. These events can be played via the mobile application or the web interface. In order to start a game, the player must create a user account on our game server. Registration is possible using an email address, a Facebook account, a Google account, or an Apple ID.

By creating an account on the game server, the user consents to receiving commercial communications from Z-AGENCY and its partners. This consent is voluntary and the user has the right to withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent to receive commercial communications can be made by replying to the received communication with a request to be removed from the distribution list. Z-AGENCY undertakes that personal data provided by users will be protected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Liability

TerraHunt treasure hunts are outdoor activities. Participants play at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage to personal property during the game. Participants are responsible for observing traffic rules and local regulations.

9. Intellectual Property

All game content, routes, puzzles, and the TerraHunt brand are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. TerraHunt is a registered EU trademark (EUIPO No. 019033566).

10. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Brno, Czech Republic. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence apply.
